SciCore Academy, a K-12 college preparatory private school, is pleased to announce its relocation to new, expanded facilities in Hightstown, NJ.
Entering its ninth year of operation, SciCore Academy is a private day school fully accredited by Middle States with an accelerated curriculum, bright, friendly students, and an outstanding faculty of subject matter experts.
SciCore prides itself in exceptional strength in the areas of science, mathematics, communication arts, and cultural literacy. Graduates have been accepted into top-tier colleges and universities such as Duke, University of Chicago, Bryn Mawr, Oberlin Conservatory of Music, Emory, Tulane and Rensselaer Polytechnic.
Many elementary and middle school students have received high honors in the Johns Hopkins Center for Talented Youth competition. Also, SciCore’s chess teams have won regional, state, and national championships for the past several years.
To complement its academic reputation, SciCore Academy will be moving to attractive, expanded facilities in Hightstown, NJ, in time for the upcoming Fall 2011 school year. The K-8 division will hold classes in the educational building on the campus of St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church, 251 Franklin Street, Hightstown. This 10,000 square foot facility houses attractive, modern classrooms and a recently renovated Gymnasium and stage.
The high school division will hold classes in a 5000 square foot facility located in downtown Hightstown within Old York Commons. This facility contains a well-equipped teaching laboratory, generous classroom space, student lounge, and media center. High school students will use the gymnasium at 251 Franklin Street for physical education and after-school sports.
