Sales office opens for the Lofts at Town Center

Gloria Nilson & Co. Real Estate opened its sales center at The Lofts at Town Center in Robbinsville May 17.

Building I, known as The Union Lofts, offers modern living with its 18 available loft-style, market-rate one- and two-bedroom condominiums that start in the $240,000s.

The sales office, open daily from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. and closed on Mondays, is located on North Commerce Square off of Route 33.

Each condominium features granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, hardwood floors, elevator access, extra storage units, and one assigned, ground-level covered parking space per unit.

Additional buildings in the community make up a town square setting with established retail establishments like Maggie Moo’s Ice Cream and Treatery, DeLorenzo’s Tomato Pies, Yummy Sushi, Jack N Jules Men’s Shop, and VC Salon and Day Spa.
