Robbinsville Township’s Robbinsville National Night Out event has been rescheduled due to the high probability of thunderstorms tomorrow.
The event—originally scheduled for Tuesday, Aug. 4, at the Robbinsville Township Police Department Headquarters—is now set to be held on Tuesday, Aug. 13 at 6 p.m. at the same location.

Said David Mayor Fried: “Celebrating its 41st anniversary, National Night Out is an annual community-building campaign that promotes police-community partnerships and neighborhood camaraderie to make our neighborhoods safer, more caring places to live.
“NNO provides a wonderful opportunity to bring police and neighbors together under positive circumstances.”
Last month, Fried signed an executive order declaring August 5-12 to be Police Appreciation Week in Robbinsville Township.
“I did this for the ninth consecutive year to support our law enforcement community in the face of continued challenges across our nation,” Fried said.
A limited number of “We Support Law Enforcement” signs, courtesy of Triangle Copy, are available at the township municipal building and police headquarters, while all township buildings will be lit up in blue for the NNO event.
