Three Princeton High School students were awarded a UNICEF prize for their original video on what it means to be a global citizen.
Sophomores Lila Abreu, Jacob Middlekauff and Jennie Chen represented the PHS UNICEF club as one of only three high school clubs in the nation to receive the prize. They are set to attend the U.S. Fund for UNICEF meeting in New York City in May to be recognized for their achievement.
The contest was hosted by UNICEF High School Club Movies for Development Program, which allows students to share their vision of what it means to be a global citizen through one-minute films.
Their prize winning video is online at youtube.com.
