The complex is planned for a 64-acre site adjacent to the Square at West Windsor shopping center. The L-shaped property has frontage on Route 1, south of the shopping center, and wraps around the back of the center property. The Route 1 entrance is proposed to feature two fountains and sculpture. A second entrance to the project is proposed from Meadow Road, through property owned by the Windsor Woods apartment complex.
