WW-PHS Boosters recently raised more than $18,000 through its alumni sports dinner. The organization still needs nearly $30,000 to pay off the lights at the two high schools. There are still a few plaques for purchase left at High School North. Silver plaques are $500; bronze are $250.
Another way to help is to attend the golf outing on Monday, June 24, at Gamblers Ridge Golf Course. Donations of prizes would be appreciated. They may include tickets to sporting events, golf foursomes, and sports memorabilia.
Visit www.wwphsboosters.org, contact Pat Boyle at pat@pboylefamily.com, or Manny Efstathios at mannye123@aol.com to register for golf, donate, or buy a plaque.
