Mercer County Park Commission’s Summer Concert Series is set to kick-off with Jersey Night July 12.
The series features themed concerts by the Paul Plumeri Blues Band, the Ernie White Band, Papa Deluxe & The Main Street Groove and the Philadelphia Funk Authority as well as Bruce Springsteen, Bon Jovi, the Beatles and the Rolling Stones cover bands.
Concerts are scheduled for 6 to 10 p.m. at the Mercer County Park Festival Grounds. The park has entrances on Old Trenton Road and Hughes Drive in West Windsor.
July 12: Jersey Night featuring Bon Jovi and Bruce Springsteen cover bands Slippery When Wet and Tramps Like Us.
July 25: British Invasion Night featuring Beatles and Rolling Stones cover bands Revolve and Satisfaction.
Aug. 9: Local Legends Night featuring Paul Plumeri Blues Band and the Ernie White Band. These local legends are set to play wide repertoire of blues and popular songs from today and the past half-century. Paul Plumeri Blues Band specializes in blues and the Ernie White Band specializes in rock.
Aug. 22: Disco/Funk Night, featuring Papa Deluxe & The Main Street Groove and The Philadelphia Funk Authority.
Admission is free. Concert attendees will also be able to purchase food, dessert, ice cream and smoothies, and have access to a beer and wine garden.
