Pennington Players has auditions for “Urinetown,” a musical comedy that satirizes the legal system, bureaucracy, and municipal politics, on Wednesday, August 17, from 7 to 10 p.m., and Sunday, August 21, from 1 to 4 p.m., at Kelsey Theater, West Windsor. Prepare one complete song from musical theater and bring sheet music in the key you wish to sing. Be prepared to dance. Dress as disheveled as possible. Tomato Patch and Kelsey Players has auditions for “Disney Camp Rock.” Dance auditions on Thursday and Friday, August 18 and 19, 6 to 9 p.m. and vocal and acting auditions on Wednesday, August 24, 6 to 9 p.m.; and Friday, August 26, 3 to 8 p.m. All auditioners must schedule both dance and vocal/acting audition dates. Princeton YMCA offers “Livestrong,” a new 12-week cancer survivor program for adults in the transitional period between completing treatment and shifting to feeling physically and emotionally strong. The goal is to reduce side effects from therapy, prevent unwanted weight change, and improve energy levels and self-esteem.
