Beth-El Theater Productions and JEM Productions has auditions for “The Odd Couple” on Monday, February 4; Friday, February 22, and Sunday, February 24, from 6:30 to 9 p.m. at Beth-El Synagogue, 50 Maple Stream Road, East Windsor. Youth Sports
Cranbury-Plainsboro Little League registration has begun for the spring season, offering Little League baseball, softball, and T-Ball for kids 3 to 13 years old. Register online at www.cpll.org through Wednesday, February 17. The season goes from April to mid-June, with all activities on fields in Cranbury and Plainsboro. T-Ball is open to kids 3 to 7 years old and costs $25. Baseball and softball leagues are open to kids 7 to 13 years old. Also seeking former players ages 13 and up interested in umpiring. Princeton Ballet School announces its nationwide audition tour schedule for its Summer Intensive program held in Princeton, from June 27 to July 29.
Auditions in Princeton are Saturday, January 23. 16 years old and up register at noon. Ages 13 to 15 register at 2 p.m. Princeton Ballet School, 301 North Harrison Street, Princeton.
Students must be ages 13 and older; classes are held at the Princeton Studio location with optional housing at Princeton University. There is an audition fee of $30 (with a pre-registration possible at $25). For those unable to make the in-person audition, a video audition is possible. Visit www.americanrepertoryballet.org.
Volunteers Needed
Mercer County police departments and Womanspace are accepting applications for volunteers for the Domestic Violence and Sexual Assault Victim Response Team. Team members will be contacted by Womanspace personnel and respond to Mercer County police departments to meet with domestic violence and sexual assault victims. They will provide information and support in order to assist victims in making educated decisions that positively affect individual and family conditions.
Training is scheduled to begin the first week of March. Team members will receive extensive specialized training on such topics as the law, sensitivity to the needs of victims and their children, and how to provide swift, safe, and appropriate responses at a very critical time for families.
Minimum requirements include 18 years of age, a valid driver’s license and available transportation, no criminal record history, attend mandatory training and monthly meetings, ability to communicate well with others and be sensitive to victims’ feelings. CHADD Parent to Parent Family training on ADHD class begins Sunday, January 24, and continue January 31, February 7, 14, and 21, from 1:30 to 3:30 p.m. at All Saint’s Church in Princeton. Classes will be taught by Jane Milrod and Katherine McGavern.
The class provides educational information and support for individuals and families dealing with ADHD and learning to navigate the challenges of ADHD across the lifespan. Participants receive extensive materials to support them, including articles, reference materials, handouts and homework assignments $125.00 includes work book. Life on the Farm
Howell Living History Farm is accepting applications for the farmhands, a program that begins in February. The program introduces children to life on the farm, while parents volunteer time helping the farm staff with visiting school groups and seasonal chores. One parent must volunteer at the farm in exchange for one child’s participation in the program.

The Farmhands Program is a Saturday only program for children ages 6 to 8 years and 9 to 12 years. Children participating in Farmhands will have opportunities to help care for animals, help farmers in the barns and field, and join in farm craft programs and games. The program runs from 10am-1pm for 9 – 12 year olds; 1:30 – 4:30 for 6 – 8 year olds.
