Josephine Hussey Cruser, 81, of Bloomsburg, Pennsylvania, died September 9. She worked at J.B. Redding and Son in Princeton as a bookkeeper-secretary in Princeton for more than 20 years. Survivors include a stepdaughter and her husband, Barbara and Walter Stalcup of Plainsboro.

Bradley Sherman O’Cheskey, 55, of Trumball, Connecticut, died on September 14 at his home. A former area resident, he founded the first Indian Guides Program in West Windsor and ran the town’s Cub Scout program for three years.

Survivors include his wife, Suzanne O’Cheskey; two sons, Terrance O’Cheskey of New York City, and Matthew O’Cheskey and his wife, Cindy, of Trumball. Robert W. Bratsko, 55 of Plainsboro died September 20 at the Pavilions at Forrestal Care Center, Plainsboro. Survivors include two brothers and two sisters-in-law, Nicholas M. and Joan Bratsko of Pennington and Harold and Billie Bratsko of Commerce City, Colorado; and two sisters, Dorothy Ruhnke and her husband Louis of Allentown, Pennsylvania, and Evelyn Emery of Cranbury. Shirley P. Sharlach, 86, of Stamford, Connecticut, died September 23 at Stamford Hospital. Survivors include a grandson, Darren Sharlach of West Windsor. Donations may be made to the Stamford Hospital Foundation, Stamford Health System, Shelburne Road, Stamford, CT 06904.

Born in Plainsboro, she worked for Walker Gordon Farms for more than 20 years. She retired from General Motors in Ewing in 1972 after 35 years of service.

Herman A. Johnson, 86 of Denville died on September 29. Survivors include a son, Curtis A. Johnson of West Windsor. Donations may be made to St. Clare’s Foundation, 75 Bloomfield Avenue, Denville 07834.

Patricia Seeley Clausen, 48, of Plainsboro died September 30 in the Princeton Care Center. Born in Princeton, she lived in Maplewood for 10 years, and lived in Plainsboro for 12 years.

A graduate of the Hun School, Seeley worked in the continuing education department at the Westminster Choir College of Princeton. She was a member of Queenship of Mary Church of Plainsboro, where she taught CCD classes. She was active in her children’s school’s PTAs, area Boy Scouts, and Girl Scouts — especially fund-raisers.

Survivors include her mother Aurora Seeley of Princeton; her husband John Clausen of Plainsboro; two daughters, Meghan and Caitlyn, and a son, John, all of Plainsboro; and a brother and sister-in-law, Jack and Elizabeth Seeley of Montgomery Township.

Ruth L. Wood, 79, of Newtown, Pennsylvania, died October 1 at St. Mary Medical Center. Donations may be sent to Animal Placement Agency of the Windsors, Box 162, West Windsor 08550.
