Stephen Jeffrey Wiener, 52, of West Windsor died September 21 at home. Born in Queens, New York, he moved to West Windsor 14 years ago.
A graduate of State University of New York at Buffalo, he obtained his master’s degree from Manhattan College. He was employed for 30 years with the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey and rose to an assistant chief mechanical engineer.
In 1998 he founded and coached the Lady Hawks Woman’s Basketball League in West Windsor. He also coached recreational soccer, basketball, and softball, as well as travel basketball and soccer teams.
Survivors include his wife Barbara K. Wiener; his mother Gertrude Wiener of Monroe; three daughters, Samantha Wiener of Woodbine, Maryland, and Stefanie and Brooke Wiener at home.

Margaret J. Szostak, 77, of Brick died September 22, at home. Survivors include son and daughter-in-law Robert Bert and Copley Szostak and granddaughter Sarah Szostak all of West Windsor.
Richard Frank Dittrich, 81, of Lakewood and Lake Worth, Florida died September 22. Survivors include son and daughter-in-law Brian and Mary Beth Dittrich of West Windsor. Edward M. Zoladz Sr., 82, of Trenton died September 22 in Robert Wood Johnson Hospital in Hamilton. Francis M. Hafenmaier, 73, died September 18 at his home in Morrisville, PA. Born in Plainsboro, he had lived in Morrisville for 45 years.
He was a graduate of Princeton High School, Class of 1952, where he was captain of the football team. He served as a staff sergeant in the Air National Guard of NJ. He retired from Sears Roebuck as a supervisor and service technician.
Survivors include his wife of 45 years, Helen McBride Hafenmaier; a daughter and son-in-law, Wendy and Kevin Cunningham of Yardley, PA; a son, Mark Hafenmaier of Raleigh, NC; four grandchildren, Lindsay Cunningham, and Amanda, Derek and Morgan Hafenmaier; two sisters and a brother-in-law, Marie Sheppard of Belmar and Barbara and Steve Kyritsis of Mercerville; and a brother and sister-in-law, Matthew and Lynda Hafenmaier of Plainsboro.

Mary Barondess, 89, of Somerset died October 1 in New Brunswick. Survivors include a daughter and a son-in-law, Janis Barondess Todd and Alan Todd of West Windsor; and four grandchildren.
