Beatrice Ellerstein of Plainsboro celebrated her 104th birthday in August. Born in Brooklyn, she volunteered at the Red Cross for many years and spent three days driving Eleanor Roosevelt to hospitals in the tri-state area. She later worked in interior design.
Her son Stuart Ellerstein, 81, lives in Ewing. His mother moved from New York City to Ewing in 2000 and now lives at Merwick Care & Rehabilitation Center.

Stephanie Michelle Lally and Joshua Anton Prokosch were married at Grace University Lutheran Church in Minneapolis, Minnesota, on July 3.
Pastor Nicholas Skumatch, the groom’s college roommate, performed the service. The bride and groom each added soil from their childhood homes to a potted tree in a unity ceremony. Their friend, Nathan Stone, sang and played the guitar.
The bride is the daughter of Robert and LaDonna Lally of West Windsor. A graduate of High School North in 2006, she received a bachelor’s degree in business from Crown College, where she was a two-time first team All American soccer player on two national championship teams. She is in charge of marketing and communications at CRASH+SUES, a post production firm in Minneapolis,
Bridal attendants included man of honor, Robert Lally, High School North, Class of 2002; bridesmaids Suzanne Haggerty and Jacqueline Weisbecker, both graduates of North in 2006; Bethany Rossetti, Katharine Pyron, and Alexandria Pyron; and flower girl Marquise Dixon.
The groom is the son of Brian and Wendy Prokosh of Brooklyn Park, Minnesota. He graduated from Crown College in 2009 where he was the two time captain of the football team and voted the most valuable lineman in his conference. He is a teacher at Blaine High School, where he is also the head wrestling coach and an assistant football coach.
His attendants included best man Christian Olan; groomsmen David Prokosch, Zachary Prokosch, Jake Carroll, Ben Roff, and Craig Peterson. Ushers were Crysanina Prokosch, Eric Chavoustie, and Marquise Dixon. Aidan Kiland-Lally served as ring bearer.
The couple honeymooned in Quintana Roo, Mexico, and live in Minneapolis.

Stanley L. Clark Jr. of West Windsor died August 19 at Robert Wood Hospital in Hamilton. He was employed by Scholastic Books. Survivors include his wife Debbie Clark; daughter, Shena Gunnell; two stepsons, Robert Gunnell and Hakim Gunnell; granddaughter, Shania West; godson, Spencer Clark-Ragland; his mother, Shirley Payton; father-in-law Robert Gunnell Sr.; and two sisters, Stephanie and Stacy Clark.
John C. White Sr., 74, of Princeton Junction died August 25 at the University Medical Center of Princeton. Born in Brooklyn, he lived in Princeton Junction for the past 38 years. Survivors include his wife of 45 years, Rose Marie White of Princeton Junction; one son, John C. White Jr. of Princeton Junction; and one daughter, Diane E. White of East Windsor.
Theofilos George Nikitiades, 77, of Hightstown, died August 25. He opened Teddy’s Restaurant in Cranbury in 1973. Survivors include daughter and son-in-law, Cynthia and Andre Maglione Jr. of West Windsor. Richard Cleveland Hastings, Jr., 89, of West Hartford, Connecticut, died August 31. A great-nephew of President Grover Cleveland, survivors include his daughter and son-in-law, Linda H. and Richard Rosania of Princeton Junction; and grandsons, Army Sgt. Matthew J. Rosania and his wife Nicole of Hawaii; and Scott J. Rose V. Yajcaji, 77, of Groveville, died September 1. Survivors include a son, Thomas Yajcaji of Plainsboro.
Gertrude K. Bauer, 89, died August 20 in Brick. Survivors include her children, Donna and Robert Fucetola of West Windsor; and grandchildren Stephanie Fucetola Snyder, Jenna, and Lauren Fucetola.

John Arnott Bell, 73, of Lawrence died August 29. He was a longtime member of the West Windsor Democratic Club and continued to participate in many AFL-CIO and other union-organized events after his retirement.
Born in Dunfermline, Scotland, he immigrated to the Princeton area at age 11 and graduated from Princeton High School. He was a film editor for Princeton Film Company and later was the benefits administrator for the Plumbers and Pipefitter Union Local 9.
Survivors include his wife of 30 years, Gail Edwards Bell; his two sons, John Arnott Bell III of Yardley, and Ted Bell of Cherry Hill; his two daughters, Kathy Croshaw of East Windsor, and Joy Porter of Hamilton Square; and six grandchildren.
