Mercer County College: Margaret Provine of West Windsor received the Education Award during the college’s honors convocation on May 24. She also received the Schein Foundation Scholarship, presented to a high achieving student. Provine, who graduated with a 3.96 GPA, will continue her education at Rider University. Marketa Urbanova, also of West Windsor, received the Sam Willig Memorial Award in Ad Design at the honors ceremony. She had previously studied economics and completed a master’s degree in Prague, Czech Republic. Urbanova, who plans to move to New York City to pursue a career in ad design, will attend art school to continue refining her painting skills.
