Former Plainsboro residents, they moved to Princeton recently. They are both IT consultants. Varun Mohan of Plainsboro is the head waiter.
The head chef, Daljinder Singh, has been a Plainsboro resident for six years. He and his wife, Sukhwinder Kaur, have a son, age 9, and a daughter, age 6. They are both students at Wicoff School.
The restaurant offers a lunch buffet with both vegetarian and meat dishes seven days a week. Take out is available. Delivery is available for $4 within a five-mile radius. BYOB.
