McDaniel College: Jennifer Litzinger, a sophomore from West Windsor, is on stage in “Jack and the Beanstalk” on Friday, December 20, at 7 p.m.; and Saturday, December 21, at 2 and 7 p.m. The college is located at 2 College Hill, Westminster, Maryland.

University of the Sciences: The dean’s list for the summer semester includes several residents of Plainsboro. All doctor of pharmacy students, they are Rajesh Gadde, Rakesh Gadde, Shreya Sabharwal, and Masato Sugeno.
Hamilton College: Vincent J. DiCindio II, a junior, is a member of the Buffers, Hamilton’s a capella group that performed at the 33rd annual John Lennon tribute concert in Manhattan on December 6.
The Buffers, a 14-man group including members of the College Choir, the College Hill Singers, and seven varsity athletes from five different teams, took center stage with an a capella version of the Beatles’ “Because” and a medley of “Revolution,” “Happiness is a Warm Gun,” “Mind Games,” and “Give Peace a Chance.” They also sang as backup vocalists on Lennon’s “Happy Christmas/War Is Over.”
The Lennon Tribute, co-sponsored by Theater Within and Music Without Borders, began in 1981 as a small gathering of artists who wished to honor the memory of Lennon. It has since grown into a major charity event for the Spirit Foundation, founded in 1978 by Lennon and Yoko Ono.
DiCindio, a world politics major at Hamilton, is a 2011 graduate of High School North. He is the son of Gina and Vincent DiCindio of West Windsor.
Westminster Choir College: Sarah Michal of Plainsboro performs Handel’s Messiah with the Westminster Symphonic Choir and the New York Philharmonic conducted by Andrew Manze through Saturday, December 21, at Lincoln Center in New York City. She is a member of the Westminster Symphonic Choir.
The ensemble’s season includes performances of works by Beethoven with the Philadelphia Orchestra, Beethoven’s Symphony No. 9 with the Vienna Chamber Orchestra, Rachmaninoff’s The Bells with the Philadelphia Orchestra, and Rouse’s Requiem with the New York Philharmonic. Visit www.rider.edu/wcc.

Guoguang Zhou, a ninth grader from West Windsor, was named to first honor roll for the first semester at Trenton Catholic Academy.
