‘The Midnight Girl,” a new Halloween-themed musical play by Michael Kerr, with music by Kerr and Andalib Mohamed, will be presented at West Windsor Library from Friday to Sunday, October 24 to 26. The play is sponsored by the Friends of the West Windsor Library. Doors open 20 minutes before show time. The production is recommended for ages 8 and above.
Performers from the area range in age from nine to adult. Actors from West Windsor include Isabelle Bannon, Molly Blake, Marisa Carroll, Evan Chartock, Tara Gideon, Elizabeth Kelley, Casey Larkin, Amani Larkin, Arianna Mancuso, Michael Mancuso, Andalib Mohamed, Anisa Patel, Matthew Rossi, Vaishnavi Vednere, and Sabrina Wang. Actors from Plainsboro include Sangita Datta and Adhit Menon.
Elizabeth Kelley plays the title character, a ghost who haunts a convenience store. She appears to the Caravaggio sisters, played by Isabelle Bannon, Casey Larkin, and Marisa Carroll, who have just moved into town.
Michael Kerr, the head reference librarian at the library, directs the play. He has worked at the West Windsor branch for 10 years, and this is his eighth consecutive year presenting a Halloween play.
