Volunteers from Princeton United Methodist Church in Princeton teamed up with Isles, a Trenton-based community development agency, on a 17-unit affordable housing project in the Old Trenton neighborhood. Isles plans to use green building techniques in both newly-constructed and renovated units. Homes will be sold to low-income families when completed.
