Deaths
Charlotte Morgan Davis, 59, of Garden Valley, Idaho, died July 17 from injuries sustained during a horseback riding accident. Survivors include a sister, Anne Patterson of West Windsor. Donations may be made to the Wounded Warrior Project.
Arnie M. Thomas, 88, of Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, died July 27. Survivors include a daughter, Gloria Jean Tunstall of Plainsboro. Donations may be made to the Tabernacle Youth Ministry, Tabernacle Baptist Church, 1106 Capital Street, Harrisburg, PA 17102.
Irving Finkel, 87, of West Windsor died July 28 at home. Born in Brooklyn, New York, he moved to West Windsor 13 years ago.
Finkel received his master’s degree in industrial engineering in 1957 from the Stevens Institute of Technology in Hoboken and was an engineer and vice president of process engineering at Triangle PWC in New Brunswick. He retired in 1991.
Survivors include his wife of 63 years, Annette (Sucher) Finkel; two sons and daughters-in-law, Alan and Judith of East Windsor and Larry and Fatima, of Shenzhen, China; his brother, Stanley Finkel of Flushing, New York; and one granddaughter, Lauren Meredith.

Dr. Michael D. Resnik, 59, of Winooski, Vermont, died July 30. Born in Elizabeth, he graduated from Dartmouth College, received his M.D. from St. Louis Medical School, and did residencies in pediatrics at Dartmouth-Hitchcock Hospital, and in radiology at the Bay State Medical Center (Tufts). He was a partner in Windham Radiology Associates.
Survivors include his father, Arnold E. Resnik of Monroe; his sister and brother-in-law, Judy and Chris Pemberton of Plainsboro; and his cat, Pandora.
Glenn A. Miller, 69, of West Windsor died August 1. He lived in West Windsor for close to 40 years. A graduate of Rutgers University and Dickinson School of Law, he had a long career in advertising with BBDO in New York City.
His retirement included volunteering with Central Jersey SCORE, Mercer County Big Brothers/Big Sisters, Reading for the Blind, and West Windsor Senior Service.
Survivors include his wife of 47 years, Liza Miller; two daughters, Ali of Freehold, and Kate of Spring Lake; and three grandchildren, Reilly, Ellary, and Caden, all of Freehold.

Veronika Gessner, 94, of Robbinsville died August 2, at Hamilton Continuing Care. Born in Yugoslavia, she lived in West Windsor for 30 years. She worked for the Stangl Pottery Company and at Old Heidelberg restaurant, both in Trenton.
Survivors include a daughter, Terry Voorhees; granddaughters, Michelle Fisher and her husband, Ian, and Kristin Jacobs and her husband, Brian; her great-grandchildren, David and Liam Fisher, and Amanda Jacobs, and several nieces and nephews, including Lawrence and his wife, Kathy Kfrerer.
Robert J Limardo III, 43, a former detective with the Plainsboro Township Police, died August 3. Born in Queens, New York, he lived in Lopatcong. He attended Rutgers University.
Survivors include his wife, Nate; his daughter, Francesca; his parents, Robert Jr. and Carmen of Bloomsbury; a sister and brother-in-law, Natalie and Scott Willburn of Arkansas; nieces, nephews, cousins; and his three dogs.
