Frank Udy Rogers, 84, of Concord, North Carolina, died October 20. Born in the Dutch Neck section of West Windsor, he graduated from Princeton High School, served in the Air Force, graduated from College of New Jersey, and worked at McGraw Hill for most of his life.

Survivors include his wife, Frances Rogers; sons and their spouses, Rick and Carol Rogers of Lexington, VA; Dave and Karen Rogers of Concord; Bill Rogers and Jeff Wilkinson of Alexandria, VA; a sister, Jean Patterson of Blairstown; four grandchildren; a great-grandson; and his dog, Rusty. Elizabeth “Betty” Gill, 69, of Plainsboro died November 19 at the Pavilions at Forrestal Health and Rehabilitation Center. Born in Elizabeth, she lived in Piscataway before moving to Plainsboro.

Her volunteer efforts included Middlesex County Personal Assistance Services Program and Dunellen Area Fish Hotline. Survivors include her brother, Dr. William She­pard of New Zealand, and sister-in-law, Helen Nitzsche of Bordentown.

Thelma T. (Correya) DeWorsop, 86, of Plainsboro died November 19. Born and raised in Bangalore, India, she settled in Plainsboro in 1991. A registered nurse while living in India, she retired in 1991.

Survivors include three sons and daughters-in-law, Richard and Maria DeWorsop of Toms River, Gordon and Irene DeWorsop of Toronto, and Carl and Michele DeWorsop of Monroe; two sisters, Sheila Micetich of Edmonton, Canada, and Marge Correya of India; and four grandchildren. Ruth (Tilton) Soden, 84, of Jamesburg died November 20. She lived in Cranbury before moving to Jamesburg 67 years ago. Survivors include her sister, Barbara Chamberlin of Plainsboro. Anthony P. Tozzi, 91, of West Windsor died November 23 at home. Born in Trenton, he was an Army veteran of World War II. A barber with the family business, Tozzi Barber Shop, for more than 35 years, he was later a security guard at Mercer Medical Center and later University of Arizona in Tucson. He retired in 1989.

Survivors include his wife, Mary L. Zamparelli Tozzi; three sons and daughters-in-law, Anthony W. and Kathy Tozzi, Keith R. Tozzi and Sally Train, Wayne M. and Bridget Tozzi; and three grandchildren, Michael, Matthew, and Katrina Tozzi. David R. Wood Jr., 53, of Mohawk, New York, died November 24. He was an electrician at St. Elizabeth’s Medical Center. Survivors include his son and future daughter-in-law, Daniel Wood and Christine Kang of Plainsboro. Donations may be made to the Herkimer County Humane Society, Box 73, Mohawk, NY 13407.

Aaron Warshauer, 87, of Aberdeen died November 25. Born in the Bronx, he was an Army veteran, and worked for the New York City Health Department for 35 years, retiring in 1986 after serving as the director of fiscal affairs. Survivors include a son and daughter-in-law, Mark and Louise of West Windsor.

Michael Daniel Kandra, 82, of Newark, Delaware, died December 1. He was a Navy veteran. Survivors include daughter and son-in-law, Judy and Joe Gorberg of West Windsor. James I. Cunningham, 74, of West Windsor died November 24 at the University Medical Center at Plainsboro. Born in Albany, New York, he was the CEO of J.I.C. Commodities Corporation in West Windsor.

An F8 aviator with the Marine Corps, and was awarded the Distinguished Flying Cross following heroic action in Vietnam. A graduate of Georgetown University, he earned his MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. He actively traded commodities following his military service and was a member of the Chicago Board of Trade before becoming the CEO of J.I.C. Commodities Corp.

Survivors include his wife Joan (Thalken) Cunningham, a son and daughter-in-law, Michael and Joan Cunningham, and their daughters Tara and Darcy; two daughters and sons-in-law, Cathleen and F.X. Roche II, and their daughters Riley and Frances; and Maureen and Richard Clements, and their sons John, Daniel, Thomas, and David; and two sisters, Mary Cunningham and Roberta Spooner.

Memorial services will be held at Arlington National Cemetery and Gonzaga College High School next summer. Donations may be made to the Vietnam Veterans of America.

Esther A. Everett, 92, of West Windsor died December 1 at Hamilton Continuing Care in Hamilton. Born in Pemberton, she was a lifelong resident of West Windsor Township and a communicant of the First Presbyterian Church of Dutch Neck for more than 80 years.

Survivors include her three sons and one daughter-in-law, Russell S. Everett Jr. and Richard Everett, both of West Windsor, and Robert and Cindy Everett of Hamilton; her three daughters and sons-in-law, Vera and Dave Lanning of Hopewell, Janice and Buster Ragan of St. Maries, ID, and Elaine and John Baus of Ewing; 14 grandchildren; 31 great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held on Friday, December 5, at 9 a.m. at the Saul Colonial Home, 3795 Nottingham Way, Hamilton Square. Interment will follow in Dutch Neck Presbyterian Church Cemetery, West Windsor.

Frances M. Deegan, 81, of West Windsor died December 1 at Crystal Lake Healthcare in Bayville. Born in New Brunswick, she was a licensed practical nurse at St. Peters Medical Center.

Survivors include her son and daughter-in-law, William and Deborah of Milltown; her daughter and son-in-law, Kathy and Tim Smith of Delran; and her grandson Steven.

Frederick W. Hetzel, 72, of West Windsor died at home on December 2.

Born, in Erie, PA, he graduated from Ohio State University with a master’s degree in chemistry and a PhD in organic chemistry.

He was the owner of Kemary Consulting Group in Princeton Junction. The company received recognition as a premier provider of product marketing risk assessment and expert witness testimony, particularly in medical device failure.

Survivors include his wife of 49 years, Marianne; two sons, Frederick and Toni Hetzel of Atlanta, GA, and Kevin T. Hetzel and Corlynn Hullfish of Medford; daughter, Mollie Hetzel and Patrick Edward O’Donell of Harvey Cedars; a grandson; and four granddaughters. Visitation will be Friday, December 5, from 3 to 6 p.m. at the Barlow & Zimmer Funeral Home, 202 Stockton Street, Hightstown. A Mass will be held Saturday, December 6, at 10:30 a.m. at St. Anthony of Padua R. C. Church, 251 Franklin Street, Hightstown.
