Shirley A. Tyrrell, 70, of New Lisbon died March 4 at Samaritan Hospice Unit, Virtua Hospital, Mount Holly. Survivors include daughter and son-in-law, Karen and Charles Durland of Plainsboro.
Master Sergeant Charles Frederick “Ernie” Paschall, 49, died March 5. Born in Austin, Texas, he graduated from West Windsor-Plainsboro High School.
Survivors include his wife, Susan E. Paschall; daughter, Julie Anne Paschall; son, Andrew Owen Paschall; brother, Christopher Owen Paschall; and his mother, Betty Paschall.

Michael Phillip Sherman, 64, of West Windsor died March 7. Born in Philadelphia, he was a graduate of Spring Garden Institute. A veteran of Vietnam, he served in the Naval Construction Battalion.
A graduate of Penn State University with bachelor’s and master’s degrees in architecture and a Ph.D. in art education. Sherman was a life member of the Penn State Alumni Association. He was an associate professor of interior design at the University of Illinois from 1979 to 1987, and associate professor of landscape architecture at Rutgers University from 1987 to 2001. He was a member of Congregation Beth Chaim and its Men’s Club.
Survivors include his wife, Adria Rothman Sherman; a son and daughter-in-law, Ariel and Chandra Sherman; a daughter and son-in-law, Elisa and Matthew Sautter; a brother, Gerold Sherman; and two grandchildren, Aaron and Brynn Sherman.

Maureen E. Provenzano, 57, of West Windsor died March 10 in the University Medical Center at Princeton. Born in New Rochelle, NY, she was a longtime West Windsor resident. An award-winning real estate agent with Gloria Nilson Realtors, she was a past president of the American Boychoir School’s Parents Association.
Survivors include her husband, Gregory J. Provenzano; a son, Devin G. Provenzano; two daughters, Lauren M. and Kira N. Provenzano; and three sisters, Suzanne Gralnick, Eileen Benjamin Gagnon, and Patricia Cranwell.

Wayne W. O’Neill, 79, of Plainsboro died March 14. Raised in Salem, Massachussets, he was a longtime New Jersey resident. A graduate of Massachusetts Maritime Academy and Massachusetts Institute of Technology, he had degrees in nautical, mechanical, and electrical engineering. He worked for IBM and RCA, had his own consulting firm, and was a chief financial officer for another firm.
Survivors include his wife, Dolores; daughters, Karen O’Neill and Liana O’Neill; son and daughter-in-law, Michael and Cindy O’Neill; stepchildren, Todd Rutledge, Valeri O’Bryan, and J.
