Christine Krack, 41, of North Brunswick died April 30 at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital in New Brunswick. A graduate of Rutgers University, she was a former Plainsboro resident who worked as a custom jewelry maker and with cat adoption programs. Survivors include her husband, Robert M. Krack; her parents, Charles G. Betzler Jr. and Jane Cunningham Betzler of Verona; her brother, J.C. Betzler of New Brunswick; her father-in-law, Robert E. Krack Jr. of Florida; brothers-in-law Tom Krack of North Brunswick and John Krack of Florida; sister-in-law Mildred Meier of Ohio; aunts and uncles David and Charlotte Oskin of Skillman and Susan Krack of Florida; and cousins Scott, Todd and Ryan Oskin.
Richard E. Sudowsky, 76, of Sea Girt died April 30 at home. He was a Plainsboro resident until moving to Sea Girt 38 years ago. He served with the state police for 26 years and was subsequently head of security at Bristol-Myers Squibb in New Brunswick. Survivors include his wife of 50 years, Annette Sudowsky; two children; five grandchildren; and two sisters.
Norma Naffziger Finneran, 74, of Princeton Junction died April 28. Born in Wabash, Indiana, she lived in the area for the past 30 years. A graduate of Nazareth College, she received a law degree from Cleveland State College of Law and was admitted to practice in Ohio, Connecticut, New Jersey, and the U.S Supreme Court. She was a member of St. Ann’s Church in Lawrenceville, where she did volunteer work for the church and hospice programs.
Survivors include her husband, Thomas Finneran; her children, Suzanne and Jay Clifford; T. Robert and Mari Naffziger; Michelle Dennedy; and Katie Finneran of Princeton Junction; brothers and sisters, Bill and Angie Naffziger, Terry and Claudia Naffziger, Mary Naffziger, June Graham, Donald and Anita Naffziger, Jack and Kim Naffziger, and Ken and Vicky Shayna; grandchildren, Traver and Nicholas Clifford, Reilly and Quincy Dennedy; and many nieces and nephews. Frances Karnolt Cully, 94, of Guilford, Connecticut, died April 28. Survivors include a son and daughter-in-law, David and Lynn Cully of Princeton Junction, and five grandchildren.
Cynthia Bernstein-Goun, 63, of Princeton Junction died April 19 from complications of breast cancer. She lived previously in the Bronx, West Orange, Maine, and Paris, and held a bachelor’s degree from Cornell and law degree from New England Law Boston. She practiced in New Jersey as a judicial law clerk for juvenile and domestic relations judges in Essex County and served as a family and juvenile law staff attorney Administrative Office of the Courts.
Survivors include her mother, Eleanor Bernstein; her brother, Robert Bernstein, NJ; her husband, Richard Goun; and three sons and a daughter-in-law, Seth, Matthew, Lawrence, and Hillary. Steven Barone, 50, of Beach Haven, died May 6. He was a former West Windsor resident. He was the North East Regional Sales Manager for Hanover Foods for 27 years. Survivors include his wife, Michele Barone; daughters Jordyn Barone and Kiley Barone; his mother Judith Barone; brothers Michael Barone, Alan Edwards, and Shawn Auriemma, as well as nieces, nephews, and his dog, Milo.
