Ulyses Edward “Buppie” Collins Jr., 63, died January 20. Survivors include sister and brother-in-law, Deneen and Gregg White of West Windsor.
Frank Piccioni, 91, of Pottsville, Pennsylvania, died January 24. A gunner in the Navy during World War II, he served in the Pacific and received commendations for his performance. Nancy Webber, 78, of Jackson died January 20. Survivors include her sister and brother-in-law, Marie and Vincent Marino of West Windsor.
George John Luther Jr., 88, of Philadelphia died January 27. He was a former resident of West Windsor.
Survivors include his wife, Edna Luther; sons and daughter-in-law, Michael Luther and Diane Schrauth of Haddonfield, and George J. Luther III of Whitehall, PA; grandchildren Graham and Owen Luther; and his brother and sister-in-law, Clifford and Patricia Luther of East Windsor. A memorial service will held Saturday, February 7, at 11 a.m. at Grace Episcopal Church, 19 Kings Highway East, Haddonfield. Edward W. Atkinson, 91, of Weston, West Virginia, died January 30. He lived in West Windsor for close to 50 years and was a member of West Windsor Lions Club for 45 years.
A graduate of Georgetown University, School of Foreign Service, he was copy chief of the General Books Division at the Reader’s Digest Association for close to 25 years. Previous to that, he worked for the Encyclopedia Britannica and other publications, including the American Legion. An Army Air Force veteran, he served during World War II as a second lieutenant.
Survivors include his daughter and son-in-law, Patricia and Ronald Magro; and four grandchildren, Daniel J., Nina M., Joseph E., and John F.
