Residents who were surprised by the sudden closure of Charlie Brown’s on Route 1 in 2007 will be happy to know that a new restaurant opened this week in the same space at the Clarion Palmer Inn. BT Bistro features food creations by chef Bobby Trigg, operator of the Ferry House in downtown Princeton and co-owner of the Peacock Inn, also in Princeton. A reception was held for Trigg, his partner, Barry Sussman, and Tushar Patel, Clarion Palmer Inn’s owner, on Sunday, April 26. The ribbon cutting ceremony was held on Thursday, April 30.##M:[more]##
