The 11th annual West Windsor Bikefest will be held on Saturday, September 6, at West Windsor Community Park on Princeton-Hightstown Road. There are rides of all lengths and a bike rodeo within the park. Registrations begins at 7:30 a.m. The rain date is Sunday, September 7.
All participants must wear an approved helmet while riding. Participants under the age of 13 must be accompanied by an adult.
The 40-mile ride is for experienced adult cyclists only. It begins at 8 a.m. The 20-mile ride for experienced cyclists begins at 9 a.m. The 11-mile in town ride touring some of West Windsor’s historical sites begins at 10 a.m. The seven-mile trolley line trail ride along the PSE&G right of way begins at 10:30 a.m.
The 1.5-mile ride in the park has staggered starts beginning at 10:45 a.m. The bike safety rodeo will be held from 9:30 to 11 a.m.
Registration fees are $20 for ages 13 and up; $10 for under 13. All fees include route markings, cue sheets, maps, food and water stops, and a post ride party with lunch, DJ entertainment, and swimming at Water Works Family Aquatic Center.
