Lawrence Cohen of Plainsboro is a new partner in the law firm of Lowenstein Sandler. With nearly two decades of experience in securities regulatory matters, his practice covers both transactional and regulatory matters with a focus on investment company, capital markets, and corporate governance matters.
Most recently Cohen was a corporate partner at Fox Rothschild’s Princeton office. He is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association, the Business Law division of the American Bar Association, and the Compliance and Legal Division of the Securities industry Association. He received his degree from the University at Buffalo School of Law and is licensed in both New York and New Jersey.
