House Vinaigrette
From the Blue Bottle Café
Ingredients:
4 oz. red wine vinegar
2 oz. honey
1 scant tbsp dijon mustard
9 oz. sunflower oil
salt and pepper (to taste)
Directions:
1. Combine vinegar, honey and mustard in a blender.
2. With blender on at lowest speed, slowly add oil to emulsify.
3. Season with salt and pepper. Makes 1 pint.
