Upcoming events at Blue Moon Acres Farm

Blue Moon Acres Farm in Pennington has several upcoming events.

On Saturday, Jan. 31, Marian Bolum, founder of Farm to Jars, will be leading a Stocks and Broth Workshop from 19 a.m. to 2 p.m.

The Workshop covers creating both meat and vegetarian stocks, learning the basics of bone broth and a discussion of preservation methods for stocks.

$55 includes a farm fresh lunch and a jar of soup to take home.

On Thursday, Feb. 12, from 6:30 to 9 p.m., Highlands Dinner Club and Blue Moon Acres are set to host a four-course dinner using ingredients from the Farm Market including Blue Moon’s own freshly husked rice, winter greenhouse crops and line-caught wild Alaskan fish.

$90 includes the meal, beverages, service charges and gratuity.

Blue Moon Acres Farm is located at 11 Willow Creek Drive in Pennington.
