Isles, Inc., a community development nonprofit headquartered in Trenton, elected three new trustees at its December board meeting.
New trustees are Hopewell resident Sean Jackson, Princeton resident Henry Von Kohorn and Nora E. Brennan.
Jackson is senior vice president of Rosemont Associates, a business strategy and government relations firm, and Woodrose Properties, a real estate development company, both located in Trenton, New Jersey.
His prior experience includes serving as state director for U.S. Senator Robert Torricelli. He holds a juris doctorate from Rutgers Newark Law School.
Von Kohorn founded and managed his own real estate investment company for more than 25 years.
He is the immediate past president of the Princeton University Alumni Association and founded and chaired the Princeton Prize in Race Relations.
Von Kohorn is a graduate of Princeton University, holds an Master of Business Administration from Columbia University and served as an officer in the U.S. Army.
Brennan is the vice president and treasurer of Integra LifeSciences Corp. Prior to joining Integra, she worked as a director at Citigroup in the Global Equities Division and as a vice president at JPMorgan Chase & Co.
Brennan earned a bachelor of arts degree in Economics from the University of Illinois and a M.B.A. from the University of Chicago, Graduate School of Business.
Additionally, two Trenton residents, Francis Blanco and Calvin E. Thomas, Jr., were re-elected as trustees.
Retiring from the board are Steven Goodell, Esq., Liz Gray Erickson, Manish Shah, Thomas Byrne and Rev. Karen Hernandez-Granzen.
