Only 250 agents or teams make each list. According to the Association of Real Estate License Law Officials, there are about 2 million active real estate licensees in the United States.
She also ranked among the top agents in New Jersey on the 2015 REAL Trends America’s Best Real Estate Agents list. She was listed at number 5 based on closed transaction sides and number 17 based on closed sales volume. To be considered, individual agents had to close more than 50 transaction sides or $20 million in sales volume for 2014, and sales teams had to close more than 75 transaction sides or $30 million in sales volume for 2014.
She achieved several additional recognitions based on her 2014 sales accomplishments: She ranked number 2 for units sold out of more than 3,000 sales associates affiliated with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in New Jersey and Rockland County, New York. She earned the Coldwell Banker International President’s Premier Award, an honor given to the top 1 percent of approximately 87,000 Coldwell Banker affiliated sales associates worldwide. Locally, she was named a 2014 Platinum Level recipient of the NJAR Circle of Excellence Sales Award, which is the highest level recognized by New Jersey Realtors. With 38 years of real estate experience, she has built a reputation for exceptional service in Mercer, Burlington, Monmouth, Middlesex, Somerset and Hunterdon counties. Prior to real estate, she earned a business degree and was a teacher before taking time away to focus on being a full-time mom. She began her career with Richardson Realty in Hamilton and the office was eventually acquired by Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage and relocated to Princeton Junction.
