First Choice Bank has appointed Edwin H. Lloyd of Princeton Junction as president.
The Board of Directors of First Choice Bank is pleased to announce the appointment of Edwin H. Lloyd as President.
Effective April 20th 2015, Lloyd assumed the role of President responsible for the organization’s eight branches throughout New Jersey and Pennsylvania, as well as the Bank’s Primor Brand, secured credit card program.
For nearly twenty years, Lloyd served as a senior executive with the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation. His breadth of experience includes supervisory oversight of more than 190 FDIC-insured banks throughout Pennsylvania, with total asset portfolios in excess of $197 billion. Additionally he has served in leadership positions with oversight for institutions in NJ, NY, MD, DE, Puerto Rico and Washington, D.C. Throughout his career, he has worked to ensure that appropriate legal and ethical practices are upheld, and served as Deputy Ethic Counselor for the New York region.
Lloyd earned his Graduate Degree in Banking from the University of Wisconsin, Graduate School of Banking and a Masters of Divinity – cum laude – from New Brunswick Theological Seminary. His Bachelor of Science degree was earned from Central State University in Wilberforce, Ohio.
Lloyd resides in Princeton Junction with his wife Regina of 32 years. An active member of the community, he has served on the Board of The Hun School of Princeton and volunteered with Elijah’s Promise Soup Kitchen in New Brunswick as well as Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital.
