Registration is now open for Spring 2026 courses through Princeton Adult School (PAS). Guided by its motto of “Learning Never Ends,” PAS features a platform of more than 300 classes, in-person and virtual, on a wide variety of academic, entertainment, recreational, health, practical life management skills topics, appealing to individuals of all ages, genders, backgrounds, personalities, ethnicities, and skills.

This semester the Claire R. Jacobus Lecture Series — “Our New Reality Changing American Institutions, Alliances, and Lives” — helps participants make sense out of the current political tsunami. The series spans eight Tuesday evening sessions beginning February 24. Speakers include a variety of renowned Princeton University affiliated faculty and staff: molecular biologist Shirley M. Tilghman; professor of geosciences Gabriel A. Vecchi; economist Owen Zidar; McCarter Theatre executive director Martin Miller; sociologist Patricia Fernandez-Kelly; historian Kevin Kruse; visiting professor in law and public affairs Deborah Perlstein; and professor of sociology and public affairs Paul Starr.

Those interested in becoming effective speakers themselves can explore “Say It Like You Mean It,” an intensive course for ambitious speakers interested in learning how to share their ideas, captivate their audience, and own the spotlight. The instructor, Victoria Wellman, new to PAS, is a published author and the co-founder of The Oratory Laboratory, a boutique agency providing speechwriting and coaching services for high profile and ambitious public speakers.

PAS also is the place to go for creating food options that will produce sheer culinary joy among friends and family. Another new addition to the PAS team is highly respected chef and caterer Jose Cintron, the president and founder of Occasions By Cintron, who will provide the transformative ingredients to your soups and salads that can transition from winter to spring.

Peruse the catalog and get a sense of the incredible diversity of offerings to relieve the winter doldrums with inspiration for the mind and body. Additional offerings include: Argentine Tango Basics; Take Control of Your Digital Life; How to Avoid Estate Planning Bloopers; Beginning Watercolor – Watercolor Opposites Attract; How Oswald Veblen Quietly Created Einstein’s Princeton; Spanish, Russian, French, Chinese, Japanese, Italian, even Turkish.

Visit www.princetonadultschool.org to register for classes. For assistance, call the office at 609-683-1101. Registration continues until a class begins or is full. If a class is full, sign up for the waitlist; if the numbers indicate a course’s viability, a second section will be started.
