The annual Newsweek list, developed in partnership with Plant-A Insights Group, draws from one of the largest independent employee studies in the U.S., featuring over 400,000 confidential interviews and 4.9 million company reviews across 36 industries.
Companies were rated on key factors including workplace culture, benefits, career growth, job security, and work-life balance.
