The new Capital Health Primary Care – Hamilton, located at 346 Route 33, Hamilton, New Jersey will be led by a team of experienced physicians, including Drs. Jerrold Gertzman, Christine Castillo, Andrew Chiromeras, Nauman Diwan, Siddiq A. Faisal, Navjot Kaur, Smriti Sharma, John Stabile, Michael Stabile, Laisa Vadakara, and Lukose Vadakara.

For those who aren’t feeling well, Capital Health Virtual Care offers video visits seven days a week, from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m., for anyone (ages 16 and older) who needs to see one of our qualified and experienced providers from Capital Health Medical Group while at home or on the go. Patients can also manage their health easier using Capital Health Medical Group’s patient portal, which allows patients to conveniently access information about any of their visits online.
