Charles B. Brinson, 64, of Trenton, was arrested at his home on Feb. 19. According to the prosecutor’s office, the victim contacted Trenton police in February 2024, alleging that Brinson had sexually assaulted the minor on separate occasions in January and February of that year at Brinson’s residence in Trenton.
