The Watershed Institute in Pennington has announced the appointment of Pankhoori Gupta as the new senior director of finance and operations. With more than 18 years of experience in financial analysis, strategic planning, and operations, Gupta brings a wealth of expertise to the organization.
“Pankhoori’s extensive background in finance and strategic operations will be invaluable as we continue to grow and fulfill our mission,” said Jim Waltman, executive director. “We are excited to have her on board.”
In her new role, Gupta will oversee financial planning, budgeting, and organizational operations, ensuring the continued financial health and operational efficiency of The Watershed Institute.
Gupta’s experience includes leadership roles at On Location LLC, Toys “R” Us, and Staples, where she excelled in financial planning, P&L management, and organizational structure optimization. She holds a master of science in finance from the Illinois Institute of Technology in Chicago and a bachelor of arts in business administration from De Montfort University in Leicester, United Kingdom.
