September is all about food in Bordentown City. First, enjoy the fifth annual Taste of Bordentown celebration, set for Sept. 3, 2016 from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. on Farnsworth Avenue. Participants can sample special menu items from some of Bordentown’s award-winning restaurants and specialty food shops.The outdoor event will also feature live music and special guests. Tickets are $15 per person and are limited, so advance purchase is strongly suggested. Tickets can be purchased at the following Bordentown City shops and restaurants: Rebecca’s Consignment Boutique, HOB Tavern, Under the Moon Cafe, Soldier58, Shoppe 202, Necessities for the Heart, Jester’s Cafe and Cake Box by Neelma.
