Breakfast and lunch restaurant chain
will soon join the tenant mix at
in Ewing. The Colorado-based fast-casual chain has leased 2,700 square feet at this key Mercer County shopping destination, according to Levin Management, exclusive leasing and managing agent for the 360,000-square-foot center.
Levin’s leasing representative Gloria Mercado negotiated the long-term lease.
Capitol Plaza represents the second New Jersey Le Peep location for this operator, according to Mercado. The original opened in Edison.
“Le Peep has a very strong following at its Edison location, and this restaurant operator felt the timing was right to expand their market presence,” said Mercado. “Capitol Plaza’s strong demographics, along with excellent visibility and access, made it the ideal choice.”
Capitol Plaza is home to 1001 Spruce Office Center, as well as the newly expanded Jersey College, giving Le Peep “a built-in clientele,” added Mercado. “Fast-casual restaurants that offer breakfast options always are sought-after by consumers. With its varied and affordable menu, we expect Le Peep to complement our co-tenancy and do very well at Capitol Plaza.”
Serving breakfast, brunch and lunch, Le Peep offers a wide selection of eggs and omelets along with pancakes; French toast; waffles; crepes; side orders including sausage, ham, bacon and potatoes, among others; and fresh sandwiches and salads. Founded in Denver, Le Peep has expanded to more than 50 locations in 14 states.
Le Peep complements a diverse tenant mix that includes Forman Mills, Marshalls, Deals, dd’s Discounts, Save-A-Lot supermarket, American Furniture, Planet Fitness, Victorian Beauty Supply, Harbor Freight Tools, Ashley Stewart, GNC, the U.S. Armed Forces Career Center, Foot Locker and Kicks USA, along with numerous service and restaurant tenants.
