The 4th Annual Black Friday Fun Run is set to take place on Friday, November 27, 2015. Over 220 people participated in the event in 2014, and over the past three years the event has raised over $13,600 for Special Olympics New Jersey.
The 4th Annual Black Friday Fun Run is set to take place on Friday, November 27, 2015. Same day sign up and pre-registered sign in will be from 9 a.m. to 9:45 and the run will begin at 10 a.m. in Robbinsville Town Center.
Participants can choose between a 1.25 mile run and 0.6 mile walk around the lake in Robbinsville Town Center. All profits from the event will be donated to Special Olympics New Jersey (SONJ).
Student volunteers of Project Unify have worked to organize the event. Over the past three years, the group has raised over $13,600 and over 220 people participated in last year’s event.
Participants who pre-register by Sunday, November 1, 2015 will get a free t-shirt to pick up at the event. Everyone who participates gets a free door prize ticket for a chance to win one of over 20 donated giveaways.
