Pearson Memorial UMC appoints new Director of Music

Pearson Memorial United Methodist Church has announced the appointment of Asherah Capellaro as Director of Music.

A native of Virginia, Capellaro holds a Bachelor of Music degree from Liberty University and has served as Music Director for Fincastle, Virginia UMC for the past two years. She will be continuing her music studies at Westminster Choir College and hopes to achieve her personal goal of becoming a professional opera singer shortly after earning her Master’s degree.

Pearson Memorial, The Friendly Church at the Foot of the Cross, located at the Whitehorse Circle in Hamilton, currently serves over 100 families. Sunday worship service is at 10 a.m. and all are always welcome.
