David John Haynes, 60, of West Windsor died March 16. Born in London, England, he lived in Plainsboro before moving to West Windsor in 1998.
A graduate of New York University with a degree in organization behavior and communications, he earned an M.B.A. from Rutgers Business School in 2003, where he served as president of the student government. Haynes had more than 30 years of experience in financial services technology with MetLife Insurance, JP Morgan, and others.
An amateur musician, he played bass guitar and upright bass with Two Octaves, the Reverend Slapjaw, and the Mockers. With his wife, he rehabilitated more than 10 unwanted boxer dogs through New Jersey Boxer Rescue.

Mildred Lucille Corum Campbell of Plainsboro died March 17 at University Medical Center of Princeton at Plainsboro. She graduated from University of Virginia with a bachelor’s degree in nursing. She passed the Virginia State Board of Nursing Examinations and was registered in Virginia, South Carolina, Texas, California, Arizona, and New Jersey.
Through the years Corum Campbell worked in operating rooms at University of Virginia Hospital, Heart Institute in the National Institutes of Health in Bethesda, Maryland, and was supervisor of the operating and recovery rooms at the Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston. In 1964 she went to Methodist Hospital in the Texas Medical Center in Houston with the chance to scrub for Doctors Michael DeBakey and Denton Cooley, world famous heart surgeons.
During her four years in Houston, Corum Campbell completed training as a cardiovascular specialist in operating room nursing. She also was one of two civilians allowed to take a course in operating room management at the United States Army Medical Service School in San Antonio, Texas. Her reputation led to a position as supervisor of the operating and recovery rooms and supervisory support to the cardiac program at Cedars of Lebanon Hospital in Los Angeles, California.
Hired by Ethicon, Inc., a Johnson & Johnson Company in 1968, she developed training programs for the national sales force. Corum Campbell’s years of experience and diversity in operating room nursing, OR management, and special training in cardiovascular, led to an offer to coordinate design, construct, and start-up operations of the new multimillion dollar Arizona Heart Institute in Phoenix, Arizona.
Survivors include her husband of 42 years, H. Stuart Campbell; a sister, Virginia D. Corum of Maryland; four stepchildren, Constance C. Rinaldi and her husband, Alexander; Eleanor S. Vulopas and her husband, Samuel; H. Stuart Campbell Jr., and his wife, Alice; and Elizabeth C. Rodriguez and her husband, William; eight step grandchildren; and four step-great-grandchildren. Jehu B. Warrington, 82, of Seaford, Delaware, died March 18. An Army veteran, he served during the Korean conflict. Survivors include a granddaughter, Rebecca Warrington of Plainsboro. Donations may be made to Delaware Hospice, 100 Patriots Way, Milford, Delaware 19963.
Roth Steven Altland, 71, of Langhorne, Pennsylvania, died March 19. He was a former resident of West Windsor. Born in Philadelphia, he graduated from the Philadelphia College of Textiles and Science, and worked in the textile industry in Philadelphia and New York City for 38 years as a fabric designer and quality control director.
Survivors include his wife, Lou; his sister and family, Marian and Reinhard Koch; a niece, Lauren Koch; his mother-in-law, Virginia Spencer Hatfield, and his extended family members, including Susan Hatfield, John Hatfield, Amy Wolf, Otis Wolf Hatfield, and others.

Andrew D Snellgrove Jr., 78, of Jackson died March 21. A veteran of the Marines, he was a retired New Jersey State trooper. George Mertens Jr., 70, of Monroe died March 21. Born in Staten Island, New York, he was a former Plainsboro resident. He served as a submariner in the Navy during the Vietnam conflict, and worked for the NY Transit Authority for 25 years. Survivors include his wife, Patricia Kowaleski Mertens; a son, Andrew of Naples, Florida; daughters and son-in-law, Cindy Ann Friia of Staten Island, and Maggie and Carl Zitofsky of Middletown, Delaware; and six grandchildren, Robert, Ryan, Joseph, Jessica, Louis, and Frankie.
Gertrude “Trudy” Cryan Eleniewski Moore, 73, of Hamilton died March 22 at Compassionate Care Hospice in Trenton. Born in Trenton, she was a former resident of West Windsor. She worked for several area municipal courts as court administrator, the last being West Windsor.
Survivors include her daughters and son-in-law, Ann Marie Korchma, Melanie and Todd Gaston; her son, Jonathan Moore; two granddaughters, Shannon Korchma and Emily Gaston; and her brother, Rodger Cryan.

Wilhelmina Dit G. Rodefeld, 98, died March 22 at Meadow Lakes in Hightstown. Born and raised in Princeton, she lived in West Windsor for many years. A graduate of Princeton High School, she worked with the West Windsor Board of Education in the high school cafeteria and also with the custodial staff.
Survivors include sons and daughters-in-law, Philip W. and Natalie Rodefeld Jr. of Cranbury, Walter G. Rodefeld of Melbourne, Florida, Stanley G. and Ann Rodefeld of Forked River, and Richard W. and Brenda Rodefeld of Vale, North Carolina 13 grandchildren; and 20 great grandchildren.
Anna Babin Rostosky, 90, of Ewing died March 24 at University Medical Center of Princeton at Plainsboro. Survivors include a daughter and son-in-law, Nancie and Thomas Senko of Plainsboro; and grandchildren, Steven and Katherine Senko.
Mona Margaret Bedford, 69, of Auburndale, Florida, died March 25. Survivors include a daughter, Julie Bedford of Plainsboro.
