The Community Christian Choir will hold its last concert of the year on Sunday, May 3 to benefit Habitat for Humanity of Trenton.
Habitat for Humanity is set to host a fundraising concert on Sunday, May 3, starting at 4 p.m. The event will be held at Stonebridge Middle School, 1252 Yardville-Allentown Rd./Rt. 526 in Allentown.
The concert will be presented by the Community Christian Choir in conjunction with Habitat Young Leaders and Professionals of Trenton.
Habitat for Humanity has just broken ground for seven new housing units in the Trenton area. The benefit concert will offer guests the chance to meet Habitat for Humanity families and hear their stories.
The CCC is a non-profit interfaith group of singers, ages Kindergarten through senior adults, from Central New Jersey and Bucks County. Their programs are filled with a variety of styles of singing including a cappella, spirituals, contemporary Christian music and more. Much of the children and teen choir music includes choreography. The program makes use of a movie theater type screen to project videos, live images of singers and signing.
Admission to the concert is completely free. Guests will have the opportunity to make donations to Habitat for Humanity of Trenton to assist in the building of these much needed new homes.
