Jack Levitt was MC for the 9th annual Teal Tea held on May 3, 2015.
The 9th Annual Teal Tea took place at Hamilton’s Stone Terrace on May 3, 2015. The afternoon included a luncheon complete with raffles, keynote speakers and a Wall of Wine. The theme of this year’s event was “Believe in Magic.”
MC for the day was Jack Levitt and the invocation was given by Dr. Mark Morgan Chief, Division of Gynecologic Oncology with Penn Medicine. Keynote speakers for the event were Dr. David P. Warshal Chief, Gynecologic Oncology MD Anderson Cooper Cancer Center and Dr. Cindy Otto, Associate Professor, School of Veterinary Medicine University of Pennsylvania.
The Teal Tea also included a Parade of Hats contest, Mr. and Mrs. Teal Tea competition and table decorating contest.
The Teal Tea Foundation is a non-profit, organization which raises money to support ovarian cancer research efforts and awareness campaigns. It’s fund raising events are held in New Jersey and Pennsylvania because the all volunteer organization’s members reside in both states.
