HealthCARE Express, a new urgent care medical facility in Princeton Junction, is set to host a grand opening event Sept. 20
The event features a visit from the HealthCARE Express mascot, Klondike, and a representative from the Princeton Junction Police Department who will provide finger print identification cards for children.
Children’s activities also include free face painting, a balloon artist, a bounce house, obstacle course, and removable tattoos.
Adults can participate in free blood pressure screenings, tours of the HealthCARE Express facilities and giveaways.
HealthCARE Express is set to provide snacks, including popcorn, ice cream, Italian ices and cotton candy.
Folks from WPST-FM radio station will provide music and entertainment.
Grand Opening attendees have the chance to win various prizes, including an X-Box, bicycle, scooters, and more.
The board-certified physicians at HealthCARE Express provide a wide variety of health care services for urgent problems that require immediate attention but do not require a visit to the Emergency Department. Services include treatment for cough, cold, flu, sore throats and sinus infections; cuts, scratches, sprains, strains and broken bones; allergies and asthma; ear and eye infections.
In addition to urgent care, HealthCARE Express also provides physical exams, vaccinations, preventive screenings, and on-site X-Ray and lab work.
Patients may walk-in for care, or may make appointments. HealthCARE Express is open seven days a week from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.
The event is scheduled for 12 to 4 p.m. at HealthCARE Express, 4605 Quakerbridge Road, Princeton Junction.
