Howell Living History Farm to host ‘Hawk Tawk’

Howell Living History Farm is set to host “Hawk Tawk,” the newest program in the Naturally Friends series about farmers and wildlife.

Mercer County naturalist Jenn Rogers and Wildlife Center director Diane Nickerson are set to present an interactive presentation and demonstration featuring live hawks.

The program will introduce participants to common hawks of New Jersey, their lifestyles and their amazing adaptations.

The program is scheduled for 7:30 to 9 p.m. March 7. Parking and admission are free, but a $3-per-person donation is suggested. Donations to the Naturally Friends series support the educational programs of the Mercer County Naturalist Program and Wildlife Center.

Howell Living History Farm is a facility of the Mercer County Park Commission. The farm is located on Valley Road, just off Route 29, two miles south of Lambertville. The GPS destination for the visitor center and barn is 70 Woodens Lane, Lambertville, NJ 08530.
