Hopewell Memorial Day Parade is set for 1 p.m. May 25.
The Blawdenburg Band is scheduled to perform across from the reviewing stand on Broad Street.
Several community members and groups are set to drive vintage cars down the parade route.
Drivers include Buxton Boxes in a 1931 Ford Model A, George Trevena in a 1932 Chevy Tow Truck, Roger Labaw in a 1935 LaSalle, Trevor Harms in a 1942 Willy’s MB (WWII Jeep), Weidel Realtors in a 1947 Dodge “Job Rated” Pick-Up, Robert Cherry in a 1949 Ford Convertible, John Hunt in a 1951 Studebaker Pick-Up Truck, Bill Furlong in a 1955 T. Bird, Vince Mendola in a 1957 Chevy, Bob Donaldson in a 1964 Chevy Pickup Mike Hartel of Jersey Junk Muddin’ Crew in a 1969 Chevy C-10 Stepside, Peter Schmidtke in a 1970 Plymouth Road Runner, Bill Sappington in a 1973 F-100 Pick-Up, Alfred Kahn on a Firefighter Harley and Ed Hahn on his Bike Bike.
In addition to vehicles, Steven Walters, Jr., Braylee Walters, Ronny Reed, Joe Skurjunis, Steven Walters, Sr., Courtney Walters, Leon Walters, Jesse Conrad and Carl Hansen are set to ride a variety of John Deere tractors from the 1940s to 1970s. David Wert and Andrew Vandoren will ride a Farmall and Allis Chalmers tractors, respectively.
Parade participants also include United States Marine Corp. Color Guard, John T. Dempster Junior Division, U.S. Naval Sea Cadets, American Legion Post 339 Color Guard, Central Jersey Military Motor Pool, Twin Pine Composite Squadron, Hopewell Fire Department Emergency Medical Unit and Ladies Auxiliary, Pennington Fire Department and Ladies Auxiliary, Pennington First Aid, Hopewell Valley Central High School Marching Band Union Fire Company and Rescue Squad, Local Trail Riders, Anderson Brooks, Watch Eye Farm, Hooves for Hope, Hopewell Council of Churches, Hopewell Borough Bike Brigade, Montgomery Fire Department #1, Calvary Baptist Church, Montgomery Fire Department #2, Montgomery EMS, Rocky Hill Hook and Ladder Company No. 1, Rocky Hill First Aid and Amwell Valley Fire Company.
Scout troops include Girl Scouts of Hopewell Valley, Brownie Troop 60624, Girl Scout Troops in Heart of N.J., Boy Scout Troop 71, Cub Scout Pack 71, Cub Scout Pack 185 and Boy Scout Troop 46
