Hamilton Township upcoming job fair is an opportunity for both job seekers and and employers.
Mayor Kelly Yaede and the Hamilton Township Economic Development Advisory Commission are announcing plans for a job fair this September and are looking for area businesses interested in taking advantage of this opportunity to find new employees.
The fair is scheduled for 12 to 5 p.m. Sept. 9 at Princeton Manor Banquet, 661 State Highway 33, Hamilton.
While all local businesses can participate, the Mayor and commission are seeking to expand the array of businesses at this year’s job fair to include companies in the internet technology and healthcare fields. Past job fairs have attracted an estimated 1,000 job seekers.
Business owners can reserve a table at the fair for $75. Sponsorship opportunities are also available. Sponsorship advertisements help support this event and other Hamilton Township Economic Development Advisory Commission initiatives without the use of taxpayer dollars.
For more information about table reservation and sponsorships, contact John Strycharz at (609) 638-7580 or shsclassof79@yahoo.com. More information is also online at htedac.eventbrite.com.
Admission to the job fair is free for all Hamilton residents. The committee is planning several workshops and skill training sessions, which will also be offered at no cost to attendees.
