The re-grand opening of the Crisis Ministry of Mercer County and First Presbyterian Church of Trenton is scheduled for Sept. 28.
The organization is set to celebrate the opening with an open house from 1 to 4 p.m at the Crisis Ministry’s headquarters, 123 E. Hanover St., Trenton.
Visitors can tour the renovated facility and new community garden, learn more about the ministry’s work and dine on refreshments.
The open house is part of A Place in the Community, a series of gatherings at each Crisis Ministry location honoring community partners.
A Place in the Community is set to continue with a luncheon for congregational partners in the organization’s 714-716 S. Clinton Ave. location on Oct. 16 and concludes with the Crisis Ministry’s annual fall fundraising benefit, which this year will be a reception and silent art auction from 6 to 9 p.m. on Nov. 1 at Nassau Presbyterian Church in Princeton.
