PEAC Health and Fitness’ Forever Young monthly Coffee Talk. Dr. Arjun Saxena is set to discuss joint pain at the Jan. 29 coffee talk.

PEAC Health and Fitness is hosting a lecture set for joint pain Jan. 29

Hip and Knee Pain: Your Treatment Options is set for 11:15 a.m. at PEAC’s location, 1440 Lower Ferry Road, Ewing.

PEAC said the lecture will be led by Capital Health orthopaedic surgeon, Dr. Arjun Saxena.

PEAC said the presentation is about “possible treatment methods to alleviate the discomfort and allow seniors to continue an active lifestyle.”

The presentation is part of the Forever Young program, which holds a monthly coffee talk.

Lectures are open to members and their guests. PEAC said there is a $5 guest fee.
