An associate of Weidel Realtors’s Hamilton office celebrated 40 years of commitment to the company.
Beverly Hubscher began working at the Hamilton office 38 years ago as an office manager. She is now a broker and sales associate who specializes in 55-plus adult communities, first time buyers, residential and commercial sellers and properties on Long Beach Island.
Her husband Bruce also works for Weidel. The couple was introduced to the company when they purchased a home through one of Weidel’s agents.
They have more than 70 years of experience in real estate and marketing between them.
Hubscher is a licensed sales associate since 1972 and a licensed broker since 1984. She is also a licensed referral associate and has worked with relocation buyers and sellers since 1980.
Additionally, Hubscher belongs to several REALTOR associations including the Mercer County Association of REALTORS.
Weidel Realtors CEO Richard A. Weidel said Hubscher has an important role in developing the company.
“Bev was truly instrumental in the growth of the Weidel Hamilton office. Through her superior leadership and management, that office became one of the prominent real estate companies serving the Mercer County area,” Weidel said.
