Fantasy Forest II by Lucy Graves McVicker is on display in D&R Greenway Land Trust’s The Fallen and Unfallen: Trees in Peril exhibition.
D&R Greenway Land Trust exhibiting artist Charles McVicker is set to lead a Gallery Walk and Talk for the exhibition The Fallen and Unfallen: Trees in Peril.
The event is part of the closing reception for the exhibition, which is scheduled for 3 to 6 p.m. Dec. 14. The walk and talk is scheduled for 4 p.m.
The Fallen and Unfallen features work from the Princeton Artist Alliance. The exhibition celebrates the beauty, indomitability and drama of trees. A significant number resound to arboreal tragedies experienced at the ‘hands’ of Superstorm Sandy.

Art displayed in The Fallen and Unfallen is for sale; a portion of the sale supports D&R Greenway’s mission of preservation and stewardship.
In addition, D&R Greenway is extending Karen McLean’s one-person exhibition, Conversations With Nature, in the EVJ Gallery, until Jan. 15.
Evoking the magic of trees of America, France, Italy and beyond, seven of her stirring photographic studies have been sold since the opening reception.
McLean is a fine artist, photographer and teacher in the Princeton region. Her work is found in many private collections, as well as serving as cover art for Wine and Spirits Magazine.
